Terms of Service
Effective date: October 18, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Cortaí (the "Service"), available at cortai.midwestengenharia.com.br and operated by Midwest Energias LTDA, CNPJ 61.902.316/0001-63, Sinop, Mato Grosso, Brazil ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Cortaí lets you connect your TikTok account and publish videos you upload to it, either directly to your TikTok profile or as a draft in your TikTok inbox. The Service uses TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and have a TikTok account in good standing that you are authorized to use.
3. Connecting your TikTok account
You authorize Cortaí through TikTok's login screen. You can revoke this authorization at any time, either with the "Disconnect TikTok" button in the app or in your TikTok settings. When you disconnect, we delete the tokens we hold for your account.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to transfer your video and its settings to TikTok at your request. You are solely responsible for your content and must have all rights needed to publish it, including music, images and third-party material. Your content must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and with applicable law.
Nothing is published without your action: you choose the caption, the audience, the interaction settings and the commercial content disclosure before every post.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to publish illegal, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to spam, to impersonate others, to access accounts you are not authorized to use, or to interfere with the Service or with TikTok's platform.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. Features depend on TikTok's API and may stop working if TikTok changes or restricts it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of content, loss of audience or earnings, or for actions taken by TikTok on your account or content.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Sinop, Mato Grosso, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protection rules.

Estes Termos regem o uso do Cortaí (o "Serviço"), disponível em cortai.midwestengenharia.com.br e operado pela Midwest Energias LTDA, CNPJ 61.902.316/0001-63, Sinop, Mato Grosso, Brasil. Ao usar o Serviço, você concorda com estes Termos.
1. O Serviço
O Cortaí permite conectar a sua conta do TikTok e publicar os vídeos que você envia, direto no perfil ou como rascunho na caixa de entrada do TikTok, usando o Login Kit e a Content Posting API oficiais do TikTok.
2. Quem pode usar
Maiores de 18 anos com conta do TikTok regular e que estejam autorizados a usá-la.
3. Conexão da conta
Você autoriza o Cortaí pela tela de login do TikTok e pode revogar a qualquer momento, pelo botão "Disconnect TikTok" no app ou nas configurações do TikTok. Ao desconectar, apagamos os tokens da sua conta.
4. Seu conteúdo
Você mantém todos os direitos sobre o que envia e nos concede apenas a permissão necessária para transferir o vídeo e as configurações ao TikTok, a seu pedido. Você é o único responsável pelo conteúdo, inclusive músicas, imagens e material de terceiros, que deve respeitar os Termos e as Diretrizes da Comunidade do TikTok e a lei. Nada é publicado sem a sua ação.
5. Uso aceitável
É proibido usar o Serviço para conteúdo ilegal, que viole direitos, enganoso ou nocivo, spam, se passar por outra pessoa, acessar contas sem autorização ou interferir no Serviço ou no TikTok.
6. Disponibilidade
O Serviço é oferecido "no estado em que se encontra" e depende da API do TikTok, podendo mudar ou ser interrompido.
7. Responsabilidade
Na extensão permitida pela lei, não respondemos por danos indiretos, perda de conteúdo, audiência ou receita, nem por ações do TikTok sobre a sua conta.
8. Encerramento
Você pode parar de usar quando quiser. Podemos suspender acesso que viole estes Termos.
9. Lei aplicável
Lei brasileira, foro de Sinop/MT, ressalvadas as normas de defesa do consumidor.
